What do we see here?
It's lecture hall of one of the Ukrainian universities with armed young nazis inside.
One can easily recognize them by automatic rifles hanging on the shoulders and embroided shirts - traditional Ukrainian apparel - which appear to be main patriotism token nowadays in Ukraine, especially in Kiev.
Students are forced to sing national anthem but before that they have to answer banderite nazistic slogans: Hail to Ukraine! - Hail to heroes!
You might have heard something like that before.
Heil Hitler! - Sieg heil!
But back to Ukraine: Hail to the nation! - Death to the enemies!
It is everyday conventional nazism, welcome to Ukraine.
